Cake Man's Video Gallery includes an interesting documentary showing the work that went into making the magnificent cake for the Columbia University's 250th Anniversary and the Brooklyn Bridge's 120th Birthday Celebration. He also has a Photo Gallery with a brand new line up of celebrities! Also included in the Photo Gallery are photos of cakes and ice carvings done for such celebrities as Patti Labelle, Dr. Maya Angelo and Quincy Jones.
