7. What kind of frosting or icing do you want on the cake?
8. What kind of filling do you want inside the cake?
9. Do you want anything specially designed on the cake?
10. Do you want anything written on the cake?
11. Is it a standard or specialty cake?
12. What time and date do you want to pick the cake up?
13. Do you want the cake delivered? (There is an additional charge for
delivery).
